Manufacturing custom signs requires us to maintain several pieces of large equipment and fabrication tools. With this equipment we can produce a wide variety of products that do not relate to signs.

MultiCam M-Series CNC. This machine, with a cutting bed of 60” x 120”, has the capability of cutting a variety of sheet goods. Products include aluminum, plastics, foams, and wood. We have routed parts for boat lifts, cutting boards, and MDF wood cabinets.

Graphtec FC5100-150. This vinyl cutting machine can handle up to 60” width of pressure sensitive adhesive vinyl or paper. It can be used to produce pen plots or pounce patterns from any type of vector based computer file. Paper patterns can be a useful tool in installations and planning.

Mimaki JV3-160S. A large format printer that uses solvent based inks for outdoor durability. It has a printing width of 60” and can produce vivid color with photographic quality. It can print on a variety of materials including pressure sensitive vinyl, banner material, awning fabrics, backlit vinyl fabric, artist canvas and more. These graphics can be used in store displays, tradeshows, and interior decorating.

Postema Sign has numerous additional manufacturing tools that include a 10’ shear, 10’ brake, aluminum and steel welders, stud welder, plasma cutter, cutting torches, table saw, 16” radial arm saw, vertical and horizontal bandsaws, routers, 48” roller, and overhead crane. This equipment allows us to produce multiple products that are not always related to signage.
